お金を出して手に入れるに値すると言いたいときに使います。

- The $900 cost was worth it. ９百ドルの費用は良心的だった。
次に、人や物が努力、痛み、犠牲などを払うに値すると言いたいときにも使います。
- Studying English is worth it. 英語は勉強するに値する。
- Growing vegetables on your own is worth it. 野菜は自分で育てるに値する。
- Don’t go out with him. He is not worth it. あいつとは外出するに値しないぞ。

まず、人やものの「価値」という意味で使います。
