silent treatment
メジャーリーグでは新人が打った一本目のホームランなど、記念すべきホームランを打った打者がベンチに帰ってきたときに、誰もその打者を迎えずに無視をするドッキリ（prank）を仕掛けるという伝統（tradition）が存在する。これを silent treatment という。
